After their debut on Audio Safari with “Antarctica” and the resulting positive feedback, the Munich based DJ and producer duo is now devoted to warmer and even tropical backgrounds. What turned “Antarctica” glitteringly cold and frosty solid, comes along now groovy and spirited.
Beginning with “South America”, the journey starts with the fast-paced oldschool beats and Latin-American brass instrumentalities in the original mix and becomes a deep and hypnotic number in the Genji Yoshida remix. Arriving in “North America”, it goes back to a more harsh, rugged and raw way – almost Goa-Trance-inspired. In return for the forthcoming remix of Kindred Spirits for the new EP by Heinrich & Heine, they both offer a technoid remix to “North America”.
Gradually the Kindred Spirits conquer one continent after another. Musically world order? This has nothing to do with megalomania, but is much more a means to an end in order to carry their own vision of electronic music out into the world.
